• Costumes for adults and children (Animals, Pirates, Ninja, Circus, Military & Uniforms)
• Accessories (Boot Covers, Cami Garters, Bodystockings, Capes and Hoods)
• Costume Jewelry and Petticoat Skirts
• Specialty items and best-selling products

We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible through photographs and descriptions. However, please note that:

• Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings
• Costumes are designed for aesthetic accuracy rather than functional protection
• Some accessories may require additional fasteners or adjustments for optimal fit

We serve customers worldwide, except for parts of Asia and certain remote areas due to shipping limitations.

Placing Orders

When you place an order with Dream Cosplay Store:

• You are making an offer to purchase products at the listed prices
• We will send an order confirmation email – this is an acknowledgment, not an acceptance
• Order acceptance occurs when we ship your items
• We reserve the right to cancel any order before shipment at our discretion

All prices are listed in US Dollars. Your payment will be processed at the time of order placement.

Order Processing and Shipping

We process orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Dream Cosplay purchase. Our return policy includes:

Return Window

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original packaging
• With all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Costume Jewelry (hygiene reasons)
• Cami Garters and Bodystockings (intimate apparel)
• Children Hosiery (hygiene reasons)
• Any item damaged due to customer misuse or not in its original condition

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange
3. Wait for approval and Return Authorization Number (RAN)
4. Package the item securely with the RAN inside

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of returned items. Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account

• Logos, trademarks, and service marks
• Product designs and descriptions
• Website design, text, graphics, and images

are the property of Dream Cosplay Store or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the purchase price of the products in question
