Whether you’re preparing for a convention, photoshoot, or special event, we’re here to ensure your experience is magical from order to delivery.

Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

We work hard to get your costumes to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Time

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note: We ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and certain remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep!

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Dream Cosplay purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges.

Returns Window

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Costume Jewelry (hygiene reasons)
  • Cami Garters and Bodystockings (intimate apparel)
  • Children Hosiery (hygiene reasons)
  • Any item damaged due to customer misuse or not in its original condition

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Wait for Approval: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely, include the RAN inside the package, and ship it to our Returns Department address (provided in your authorization email). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product), we will provide a prepaid shipping label. For returns for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Follow the return process above, and clearly state that you would like an exchange. We will ship the new item once we receive the original.
