1. Returns & Exchanges Window
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
2. Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Costume Jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
- Cami Garters and Bodystockings (intimate apparel)
- Children Hosiery (for hygiene reasons)
- Any item that is damaged due to customer misuse or is not in its original condition.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Wait for Approval: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely, include the RAN inside the package, and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product), we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
